Nose:
Big, bold and salty on the nose, warming to a sweet peat with obvious barley qualities.
Palate:
Opens in a damp earth, coal dusty burst, incorporating summer tar, drifting smoke and a dulcet phenolic character.
Finish:
A fine replication of what went before.
