Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We do not ship to any country in which it is illegal to purchase tobacco online.

How old do I have to be to order?

You must be of legal smoking age to order where you live. 

When will my order ship?

We ship Monday through Friday, and can take up to three business days for handling.

Can I return my order?

All cigar orders are final. Accessories other than butane, will be accepted for return with all original packaging, in new condition, with a 15% restocking fee.

Do you offer discounts?

Are inventory levels on your site correct?

While we make every effort to keep inventory levels on our website updated and accurate, actual inventory may vary. As a result some products may be back-ordered.
