The creation of the Galaxia Single Malt Whisky marks a significant milestone, being the concluding chapter in the acclaimed Whiskymaker’s Editions series initiated by the renowned Dhavall Gandhi. This series embodies the distillery’s innovative approach to whisky maturation with Galaxia utilsing a blend of European and American oak casks.

Aroma: Rich, indulgent and seductively perfumed. Dark fruit cake laced with ginger, hints of walnuts, cocoa nibs, and apple crumble.

On the palate: Complex and creamy with a wood spice balanced by a backdrop of manuka honey, candied pecans, and Christmas cake.

Finishing notes: Bold and lingering with dark fruits and chocolate.
