Bolívar is a current pre-revolution brand, established in 1902 by José Fernández Rocha. The range comprises of full strength cigars using tobacco from the premium Vuelta Abajo region. This star size of the 1990’s returned in 2006 to top Cigar Aficionado’s poll for best cigar of the year; the first Cuban ever to do so.
