At Luxury Cigar & Accessories, we take pride in delivering premium products and a refined customer experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return guidelines below.


Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Unfortunately, returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

  • For damaged items, photo evidence must be provided

Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Hazardous or flammable materials


Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted, including:

  • Items returned with missing parts or damage not caused by our error

  • Returns initiated after the 30-day return window


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Rejected International Packages & Customs

Customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

If a package is rejected due to customs charges and returned to us:

  • A refund will be issued once the items are received in acceptable condition

  • Original shipping costs will be deducted

  • A 25% restocking fee will apply


Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days after processing. If you have not received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card provider

  2. Allow additional posting time

  3. Contact us if the issue persists

Sale & Clearance Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale and clearance items are final and non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us before returning the product.

Gifts

  • If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a digital gift card for the value of the returned item

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.


International Orders Policy

For international orders where customers decline KAD Concierge Shipping Services, any approved refund due to unrecoverable circumstances will be issued as a Luxury Cigar & Accessories store credit.


Restocking Fees

All eligible refunds—excluding damaged or defective items—are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
