Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12:00 PM (EST) are usually shipped the same or next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or statutory holidays.
Pre-order or backordered items will ship as soon as they become available at no additional cost. Should an unexpected delay occur for in-stock items, we will contact you promptly via email.

We ship across Canada and using trusted carriers such as Canada Post and approved courier partners as well as world wide.
Standard Canada-Wide Shipping: Flat rate calculated at checkout
Express Shipping: Available upon request (additional fees apply)
Shipping costs may vary based on package size, weight, destination, or declared value.
All prices on our website are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars).
PO Boxes & Remote Areas
We ship to most PO Boxes and rural or remote locations within Canada. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier access. If you are unsure about your address, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Taxes & Legal Compliance
All applicable Canadian sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your province or territory.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchase and possession of tobacco-related products are legal in their province or municipality. Luxury Cigar & Accessories is not responsible for delays, seizures, or refusals due to regulatory restrictions.
Damages, Loss & Liability
Luxury Cigar & Accessories is not liable for loss, theft, or damage once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier immediately to file a claim. Retain all packaging and damaged items for claim processing.
Returns Related to Shipping Issues
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee, provided items are returned in resalable condition.
Optional Shipping Protection
Customers may choose to add Shipping Protection at checkout for enhanced coverage.

Theft prior to confirmed delivery
Coverage Exclusions
Shipping Protection does not apply once the carrier marks the package as Delivered, nor does it cover delays, incorrect addresses, customs or regulatory holds, or post-delivery theft.
Filing a Claim
Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the carrier’s loss or damage scan by emailing:

Resolution
Approved claims will be resolved through either:
A replacement (subject to availability), or
Store credit equal to the value of the affected item(s)
Shipping Protection is non-refundable once an order is placed.
